For standard grades (e.g. Y30/Y35), the MOQ is 1,000 pieces. Custom tooling orders are negotiated based on mold and process requirements. Free samples available upon inquiry confirmation.
Q2.Can you provide free samples for testing?
Yes. Once your inquiry is confirmed, we provide samples free of charge. Standard samples ship within 3-5 working days via DHL/FedEx to India, the Middle East, and worldwide.
Q3.What dimensional tolerance can you achieve?
After grinding, tolerances can reach ±0.02mm with strict control of inner/outer arc concentricity, meeting precision rotor assembly requirements.
Q4.What is your lead time after ordering?
Standard tooling: 15-20 days. New custom molds require an additional 10-15 days. With 800 tons monthly capacity, large orders can be delivered in batches.
